Our Aquatic Therapy Center is open to the public on a limited basis and offers a wide selection of services for children and adults.
Located on the Home of the Innocents campus in NuLu, our indoor therapy pool is fully accessible for those with special conditions and features:
- Aquatic wheelchair
- Stretcher lift
- Zero-depth entry ramp
- Exercise bench
- Heated to 92 degrees
- Underwater music
- LED party lights
- UV filter
- Splash pad
- Inflatable floats and toys
- Locker rooms
- Adjustable shower tables
- Family changing rooms
- Aquatic exercise equipment (stationary bikes, treadmills, and an elliptical machine)
The Aquatic Therapy Center also includes:
- Gymnasium with stage and integrated sound and presentation equipment
- Catering kitchen
Community Offerings
Our program structures in-water interaction between parent and child to highlight the importance of play in developing water-positive attitudes and skills.
Designed to acclimate young swimmers to the water with their parent, these classes are led by an instructor that will focus on basic water skills using song, rhyme, and repeated practice.
Level 1: Puddle Jumpers
This level is designed to introduce the inexperienced or tentative child to the water.
Swimmers will learn basic water safety and pool exploration while introducing:
- floating
- kicking
- gliding
- blowing bubbles / getting face underwater
- getting in and out of the water safely
Level 2: Water Bugs
This level is for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and have some experience, including the ability to get their face wet, push off the wall, and kick a short distance to the instructor with limited assistance.
Swimmers will learn:
- mastering exchange of air (bobbing)
- swimming on their front
- swimming on their back
- how to swim a short distance underwater using their arms and legs
- floating on their back unsupported
- returning to the wall for safety after jumping in the pool
We are now open for therapeutic swimming for children and adults with special needs. Unlike recreational swimming, this method utilizes the therapeutic properties of water to assist in achieving therapy goals.
Admission:
$12.50 hourly (individual swimmer or individual swimmer + 1 guardian/caretaker)
Availability:
Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Special Considerations:
- This is not for recreational swimming.

Our pool is available for party rentals on Saturdays in 2-hour time frames.
The cost for a 2-hour pool party with up to 30 swimmers is $300. A $50 non-refundable fee is due at the time of reservation, with the remaining $250 due 1 week prior to the event.
