Home for the Holidays

Each year, Home of the Innocents works to make the holiday season special for hundreds of children and families.

This effort would not be possible without the help of generous community members like you.

Whether donating your time, talent, or treasure, there are many ways you can get involved.

  • Donation Drop-Offs: Donated items can be dropped off at our main entrance (1100 East Market Street, Louisville, KY 40206) Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The holiday season is one of the busiest times of year at the Home. You can help by providing your time and talent right here on our campus!

There are a variety of opportunities, including:

  • Decorating for the holidays
  • Sorting donations in our warehouse
  • Preparing for and cleaning up at celebrations
  • Serving food at events
  • Hosting activities for our residents

Clothing allows us to express ourselves, which is especially important for our residents.

The many families served throughout our community benefit from these hygiene and household essentials.

These items help ensure our young people have the materials needed to express themselves and relax.

These items represent the top needs for each of our service programs.
