Be The Change
Our Complex Care Center is Kentucky’s only pediatric skilled nursing facility. With your support, we are working to expand the Home’s capacity. A 50-bed expansion will allow us to care for more children with medical complexities while allowing current residents the opportunity to live their whole lives with us, maintaining a quality of life only the Home can provide.
Together, we’ll be the change.

Other Ways to Make an Impact
A Donor Advised Fund (DAF) allows you to turn your generosity into a long-lasting gift.
Think of it as your personal giving account. This is a special fund where you can donate money, get an immediate tax deduction, and later decide which charities to support.
To learn more, contact Julie Spry, Vice President of Development, at [email protected] or 502.596.1031.

The Home works with donors to ensure that legacies are practical — and that all legal and taxation requirements are met.
Some types of gifts that may interest legacy donors:
- Bequests made in your will or trust
- Charitable gift annuity
- Charitable remainder trust
- Life insurance gifts
No matter how you want to handle your legacy, the Home can develop a plan that suits your needs.
