August President’s Award: Claire Farabee

Each month, President and CEO Paul Robinson awards a team member who exemplifies our core values of excellence, compassion, wellness, and empowerment. By living our values, they achieve the Home’s mission to enrich the lives of children and families with hope, health, and happiness.
The August President’s Award was presented to Claire Farabee, Quality Improvement & Corporate Compliance Project Manager. She has held the position for two of the five years she has been working with us; she now manages projects related to data collection and analysis, identifying areas of opportunity.
Claire was nominated for her extensive efforts in our reaccreditation process. She is dedicated to protecting and ensuring the highest quality care for all of the children served by our organization. Her participation lead to our successful reaccreditation with Council on Accreditation where our agency demonstrated 100% compliance with all standards reviewed.
Claire said the most rewarding parts of her job are being able to meet with people in all departments of the agency, and being surrounded by a team that she loves.
“I have directly witnessed incredible commitment to excellence and empowerment on her part to assist all areas of our organization with our overall emphasis on quality and compliance,” shared Paul.
We all appreciate the work Claire does to ensure the children and families we serve are given the upmost level of treatment possible.
