April President’s Award: Brittany Bullock

Each month, President and CEO Paul Robinson awards a team member who exemplifies our core values of excellence, compassion, wellness, and empowerment. By living our values, they achieve the Home’s mission to enrich the lives of children and families with hope, health, and happiness.

The April President’s Award was presented to Brittany Bullock, Patient Access Representative for Open Arms Children’s Health. Her responsibilities include processing information for patient admittance, dismissal, and insurance billing. Verifying insurance benefits for treatments is an essential part of her job.

Brittany was nominated for the kindness she shows each patient and team member. She is supportive of others and is diligent in her work to help the organization be the best it can be!

Brittany enjoys playing a role in providing services that improve the well-being of patients. Without the work she provides, they wouldn’t receive the medical attention they need. She ensures every detail of their accounts are taken care of.
